- Processing (2-5 Business Days): Your order is being prepared, personalized if custom, and carefully packaged at our facility.
- In Transit (7-14 Business Days): Your package has been shipped and is on its way to you. Tracking updates will become active during this stage.
- Delivered: Your jersey has arrived. It's time to gear up and show your pride!
Tracking FAQs
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Don't worry! Tracking information can sometimes take 2-3 business days to update in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 3 days and your tracking number still shows no information, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll investigate for you.
Why has my tracking status not updated in a while?
It is normal for tracking updates to pause for several days, especially when a package is clearing customs or moving between different carrier facilities. This does not mean your package is lost. Please continue to monitor the tracking link for a few more days. If there are no updates for over 7 business days, please reach out to our support team.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package.
Please take a moment to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with your building's front desk. Sometimes carriers leave packages in a safe but unexpected location. If you still cannot find your package after 24 hours, contact us immediately so we can launch an investigation with the carrier.
