You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be still attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Important Exceptions:
  • Custom Jerseys: Due to their personalized nature, any jerseys that have been customized with a specific name or number are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased from our "Sale" or "Clearance" sections are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Please send an email to our support team at [email protected]. In your email, include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Please read this section carefully to understand who is responsible for return shipping fees:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item, a defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, you changed your mind), **the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs**.
  • Please note: We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). Shipments that require payment upon receipt will be refused.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you are welcome to return the jersey for a refund and place a new order for the correct size, provided the item is not a custom jersey. As per our policy, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We highly recommend checking our Size Chart page before ordering.

Can I return a Custom Jersey?

Unfortunately, because Custom Jerseys are made specifically for you with a personalized name and number, they are considered final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all details (spelling, number, and size) before placing your custom order.

How long does it take to get my refund?

After we receive and approve your return, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Ujersey.us will cover the return shipping cost if we made a mistake with your order (e.g., sent the wrong item or a damaged product). For all other returns, such as sizing issues or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We do not accept packages sent C.O.D.
